  1. Is that a mink, otter or fisher? It looks too big to be a weasel.

    • The current vote is mink. Tail doesn’t look right for otter, and it doesn’t look big enough to be a Fisher. I’m hoping its not a Fisher anyway. Mink isn’t likely to nest on our property, but we have several trees which might make a good fisher home, and I don’t need a proactively protective fisher around the dogs.

  2. I was thinking mink when I saw the picture – just not experienced at making the ID versus the others I mentiond.
